Testing Exemptions

Identify and track each zone that a crew member is currently associated with and make sure all testing guidelines are followed as per the guidelines of the Agreement.

Safety Protocols

Communicate clearly to all employees about the requirements of the Agreement and the importance of following safety protocols, such as social distancing, wearing PPE, and self-reporting symptoms.

Encouraging Reporting

Encourage employees to report any close contact with individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 and provide them with the necessary resources to access COVID-19 testing if required.

Enhanced Safety

Work with producers to implement additional testing protocols if deemed necessary to ensure the safety of employees.

Remote and Mental Health

Provide support and resources for employees who may require additional accommodations, such as remote work or mental health services, during this challenging time.

COVID-19 Compliance

Stay informed and up-to-date on local and national guidelines related to COVID-19, and adjust protocols as necessary to ensure compliance with these guidelines.
