Bill Wight

Head of Operations

Bill is a highly experienced television producer of over 20 years whose career has spanned many genres; from comedy to awards shows and one-off specials. Prior to joining the SafeCamp team in 2020, Bill spent 12 years producing Comedy Central's acclaimed series “Tosh.0.” During his tenure, he introduced a creative new financial model that became the standard for many shows and was lauded by colleagues for creating a revolutionary medium to leverage the internet to help monetize television assets. Bill has always worn several hats and is accustomed to thriving in chaotic and complex situations, giving his team clear and direct focus while always keeping the client experience in mind.

Bill now leads a team of specialists that support a wide variety of functions ranging from technology initiatives to boots on the ground staffing and logistics. He is recognized and appreciated for his levelheaded approach to problem solving and is always looking for a collaborative solution that makes sense in both the long and short term.

Jaclene Damwijk

Head of Resource Allocation & Team Development

Jaclene has brought her almost two decades of managerial and administrative experience to SafeCamp to run global logistics and resource allocation. She is responsible for all client staffing, event operations and client experience. She is also responsible directly for the success and health of some of our largest clients globally and receives constant praise on her ability to communicate effectively and deliver on-time within predetermined parameters.

She has ben instrumental in developing procedures that our staff follows daily and were the building blocks for our corporate policy and engagement structure.

Her professional experience has contributed to her success with two areas she enjoys most professionally, relationship management and organizational culture. Jaclene is passionate about serving others, finding creative solutions to workplace challenges and diverse team development.

Brent Boudreaux

Head of International Project Management

Brent has almost 10 years of professional experience prior to joining SafeCamp in several highly demanding roles. He is a master of interpersonal communication, problem solving and client relations. He has held senior roles globally and prides himself on creating seamless and efficient commutation channels over numerous time zones and mediums.

While at SafeCamp, Brent has held numerous roles from Project Coordinator, Event Manager, to his current role of Head of International Project Management. Over the past three years Brent has been responsible for cultivating and managing relationships in North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific adapting our structure to each culture creating a harmonious and cohesive relationship with each client helping our business thrive.

Chris Wright

SVP, Strategic Accounts

With over 20 years in the entertainment industry, Chris has held many senior titles with some of the world’s largest production companies. Her most recent experience was with Blitzz Records and Film works, where she was a senior creative executive that was responsible for the development of children’s entertainment projects across TV and Film. Prior to that Chris was responsible for creating live performances, touring strategies, and managing the marketing strategy for several high profile talent.

She also served as the V.P. of Artist Relations at Blitzz Records for over a decade, where she managed artist development and international touring for Grammy Award-winning act All-4-One.  

An alumni of the University of San Francisco and Southwestern University School of Law, Chris never met a contract negotiation she didn’t like.

Hadia El-Bardisy

Corporate Controller

Hadia is a diverse and experienced executive that brings a multi-disciplined approach to our finance and accounting team. Having decades of experience incorporate finance and higher education she has led organizations through the chaotic world of internal and external reporting requirements and regularly consults with executives on proper forecasting methods and regulatory changes.

Her experience and service has comprised of private, government, NSF & NIH funds, philanthropic gifts, and endowments, she is now responsible for Providing multi-year budget forecasting to our senior management team, developing, and implementing financial/accounting control systems.

She prides herself on her ability to communicate clearly and breaking down complex and opaque topics into easy to understand and assimilate discussions.
